Après le Mexique et le Costa Rica, la Corée du Sud est le pays où l’on travaille le plus.
S’il était habituel de travailler (légalement) près de 70 heures par semaine, le gouvernement commence à soigner le confort des travailleurs du pays et pour cela, a abaissé ce seuil d’une vingtaine d’heures.
Une initiative entendue par de grandes entreprises sud-coréennes comme Samsung qui a inventé un petit gadget pour rappeler aux salariés qu’après l’heure ce n’est plus l’heure.
Pour cela le constructeur a fait appel au studio BKID et à l’agence INNORED qui ont détourné une souris d’ordinateur pour lui rendre le réel aspect d’une souris.
Comment cela fonctionne?
Le principe est très simple. Une fois le quota d’heures de travail dépassé la souris se dresse et glisse automatiquement entre les mains de son utilisateur, rendant alors tout travail impossible.
